兒童和青少年平均每日累積進行至少60分鐘中等至劇烈強度體力活動的人數比例。

主要結果
  • 半數6-8歲兒童達到每日一小時中等及劇烈強度體力活動的建議,在一年和兩年後的隨訪調查中,該比例分別跌至30%和22%(活動記錄儀數據)。
  • 根據另一項活動記錄儀測量的數據,近90%的11-18歲青少年達到每日一小時體力活動的建議。
  • 自我報告數據顯示,< 10%的7-19歲青少年達到體力活動的建議。
